I (Jason Hinsperger) have been a product manager at Sybase iAnywhere for the last 5 years. Prior to that, I worked on the SQL Anywhere engineering team for 6 years, fixing bugs and adding new features to the software. I graduated from the University of Waterloo with a BMath in 1997, and completed an MBA at Wilfrid Laurier University in 2003.
My plan is to use this blog to provide practical solutions to technical problems I have encountered with software I use regularly, provide and solicit commentary on news stories which interest me and are relevant to the SQL Anywhere developer community, and even throw in some of my own opinion pieces based on the work I do as a SQL Anywhere product manager at Sybase iAnywhere.
